Hello Mariyam Hiba, a very interesting poser. To tell you frankly, situation is quite funny and confusing. Almost every state is trying to have its own policy. It's therefore quite difficult to answer your query. In some states alongwith physical classes, colleges have been mandated to have online version as well and students attending either would be considered as present.
