Hello Pankaj Jaiswal, I am afraid that your percentile in JEE Mains is quite low. To get any NIT etc. Will be almost not feasible. However there are good chances with MHT CET. If you have an Income Certificate with correct details as on the 10th mark memo then during registration select yes for the question "Do you have an Income certificate" and type its application number and just upload it. If an Income Certificate is there then no ration card needed. But if you have no Income Certificate contact Help line centers.

Hello Pooja T, oh yes definitely. Provided of course you had taken PCB in 12th. There are plenty of students who take complete one year only for study of entrance exam like NEET or JEE Mains. Do not get disappointed by your rank of about 1L. What you should do is mediate and think as to what you want to become in life. Then go after it with full force. If you study exclusively for KCET for one year, I am sure that you can get much better ranking. Best wishes to you.
