Don't worry about courses, just think by your own in which courses you are comfortable and can do best, before that using youtube and Google find out syllabus and courses information regarding several branches and then accordingly make yourself prepared.

As per new education policy of 2020 they've said PCM is not mandatory for engineering. But all around me and all the colleges I've seen they only allow PCM Candidates for engineering.

You can get the government College of engineering and textile technology, Serampore, and Government College of engineering and leather technology. Coochbehar also and JGEC to some extent. But only in core branch.

Yes Dear, It was actually a good choice, you can go for it without second thought. Because you will have 2 ways of career if you choose CSE + BS. You may not get good position as a fresher but, you will definitely have good career once you become experienced.

I can suggest you about IARE college, having a course in cybersecurity but I think you have to go through iot and blockchain with your own interest. But anyways, lecturers will definitely guide you in every possible way, if your are really passionate about it. Just checkdown about professors, many of them are having good research background and can help you through. Anyhow, this is regd my knowledge. Can make a conversation if more information needed.

It depends on your ability to concentrate on studies, if you are highly passionate go for B.Tech, definitely there will be good opportunities than a job that you get through Diploma. But choose some good college, to observe best result. In other sense, if possible just go for B.Tech, in long run in your professional life it helps, you can go for higher studies in future. Who knows what situations ignite passion within us, life is unpredictable. Go for job only if you are in very constrained situation.
