Yes, a commerce student can definitely pursue a B.Tech Degree course. All you need to do is to take up Diploma in Engineering. The eligibility for the Diploma course is 10th pass. After completing the 3-year Diploma course, you can get lateral entry in the 2nd year of Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech. ). You will get a B.Tech. Degree in the next 3 years.

Hello Memunat, it's very nice to hear from you your precise aim. It's the first step to great career. There are plenty of courses in UK. Both at undergraduate and post graduate levels and some at Certificate levels too. But getting admission in any one of them is quite tricky. This is because there, admissions ate not exclusively dependent on academic performance but depends on multiple issues. O would strongly recommend that you should approach an agency that is dealing with sending students to UK. Best wishes to you.

Without JEE you can take admission but you Must appear for the Common Entrance Examination (CEE) conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education, Assam, and be selected for admission.The procedure for appearing CEE usually starts in the month of March/April every year.
Fee structure of Assam engineering college could be approx Rs 12000 per year and for private institutes it varies from Rs 40k to 2 lakh.
