Hello Afsar Ali, yes you can surely study in IIT. National testing agency has a list of criteria as on their website for the students who want to appear for JEE Mains which is the primary exam which every student has to clear before appearing for JEE Advanced. If you are fulfilling these criteria, then just fill up the application for this examination and then you are enroute to an in engineering in IIT. Best wishes to you.

Hello Yug Patel, these days toughness of questions in any particular session of JEE Mains examination does not matter. This is so sense it is the percentile and not the percentage which matters most and whether a particular situation is tough or simple, percentile calculation evens out such variations or the perceived variations. Hello Ptanmayee, you definitely should be eligible if we consider cutoffs of last year. It's attached for your ready reference. Cut-off for JEE Advance
Candidates having at least 90.3765335 percentile will be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced. For EWS students the cut-off is 70.2435518, for OBC it is 72.8887969, SC - 50.1760245, ST - 39.0696101, PwD - 0.06185224

Hello Sankar, I can understand your angst and the anxiety. However Tamil Nadu government will continue to put restrictions on students from outside state till such time seats if engineering colleges including private engineering colleges are filled up by students from Tamil Nadu. Hello Chaitanya, fees are same normally irrespective of catagory if a student. Of course there are targeted scholarships for students belonging to different catagories of reservation.
