Hello Rohit Bharadwaj, I can understand your angst. However only the exam conducting entity have the information and wherewithal to find out percentile of students. It's futile to spend time on this wasteful activity. Best wishes to you.

Hello Soumya, there is no hard and fast estimate for time taken to study particular section of syllabus. It fully depends on the ability of the students to understand and their graspon the subject matter. So don't worry much. Take your time. Of course you should have plans and schedule for studies of all parts of syllabus with time assigned for exceptions. Best wishes to you.

Hello Preethu Gowda, yes, I can understand your angst and the anxiety about getting placed after completing four years of engineering. Frankly speaking the situation is quite bad. As per one of the reports only 50% of fresh graduate engineering graduates were placed. Even those passing out of IIT faced issue of no placements! May be due to this, thousands of seats are not getting filled up in existing engineering colleges and many colleges are getting closed or closing different branches where there are no students. I would strongly advise you to think over this and then only take decision. Best wishes to you.

Hello Senthikumar, private engineering colleges do offer scholarship to students. But perhaps it's part of their efforts to look good in the eyes of people. They do have a screening process and if it's different for different colleges. There is no uniformity. On the hand, scholarships offered by government are applicable to all government colleges and their screening process is uniform. However you will need to find this out from the brochure of your intended college. Best wishes to you.
