M.Tech Eligibility

Students have to fulfil the minimum eligibility requirements to get admission in the integrated BTech in CSE (Cyber) + M.Tech at UIT. The eligibility is as below:

To get admission into the M.Tech program at Army Institute of Technology Pune, the eligibility is quite specific because it primarily serves children of Army personnel.

Aspirants must pass BE/BTech in relevant subject with a minimum 60% aggregate or 6.0 CGPA (55% aggregate for SC/ ST/ PwD candidates) to apply for M.Tech programme at IIITDM Kancheepuram. Aspirants must have documents proving their eligibility for verification.

Candidates must have a BTech degree with at least 60% aggregate from a recognised university. 

Aspirants must pass BTech./BE/AMIE degree in any discipline or MCA or MSc/MS degree in CS/IT/Mathematics/ Physics/Statistics with a minimum of 60% aggregate to apply for M.Tech for Working Professionals programme at IIIT Kottayam. Candidates should also be currently employed. The institute only considers the employment acquired after the qualifying degree is awarded.

Aspirants must complete Class 12 in Science with Mathematics/ Diploma or equivalent educational qualification to apply for Integrated M.Tech for Working Professionals programme. Aspirants must be employed in Industry/ R & D/ Academia at the time of applying.
