B.Tech in data Science is trending and a new specializations. It is a niche specializations but very demanding and lucarative. Best would be IIT but you can also explore about these colleges- BITS Pilani

- SRM University
- Anamali University
As the course is very specialised and offered by few colleges you can explore about option of BCA / B.Sc. / B.Tech CS followed by PG Diploma in data Science from IIIT B or M.Tech ( for working professionals)in data Science from BITS Pilani.
