Dear Ashish, Being alumni of LPU, I can answer this question. In LPU, every programme has its own eligibility criteria, for example, if you want to take admission in B.Tech, then you must have a minimum of 60% marks in 12th and have to qualify for the LPU NEST exam conducted by LPU. For few programmes, you may get direct admission without any entrance such as B.A. BBA etc. LPU offers more than 200+ programmes every year in different fields
Good Placement: Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which they are placed. T

Dear Aspirant, I do not know about the placements of B.Tech in CSE from Techno India University. But being alumni of LPU, I can share the placement records of the CSE programme at LPU with you. As per their Statistics 800+ Recruiters have hired LPU students, Rs 42 Lac the highest Salary package availed with 250+ Companies offering Dream Packages with 110+ Recruiters of IITs/Iims/NITs also hire from LPU along with this Rs 80k the highest Internship Stipend per month was offered. Amazon offers LPU students a record Rs. 28 Lac package and internships!

Don't worry about courses, just think by your own in which courses you are comfortable and can do best, before that using youtube and Google find out syllabus and courses information regarding several branches and then accordingly make yourself prepared.

As per new education policy of 2020 they've said PCM is not mandatory for engineering. But all around me and all the colleges I've seen they only allow PCM Candidates for engineering.

You can get the government College of engineering and textile technology, Serampore, and Government College of engineering and leather technology. Coochbehar also and JGEC to some extent. But only in core branch.

Yes Dear, It was actually a good choice, you can go for it without second thought. Because you will have 2 ways of career if you choose CSE + BS. You may not get good position as a fresher but, you will definitely have good career once you become experienced.
