Hello Ravi, a student can get admission in an engineering college by firstly clearing either state level entrance exam or national level examination like JEE Mains. You can clear entrance exam conducted by almost all the deemed to be universities also. Else, you can get admission in management quota of many private engineering colleges without appearing for any entrance exam. Best wishes to you.

Hello Amu, I am afraid, with the percentile that you have mentioned, it would be quite tough to get admission in any government college. Only perhaps in some odd branch which no one wants, you can think of getting admission. However I would like to advise you to appear again in the next session of JEE Mains examination with the aim of improvement in your percentile. Best wishes to you.

Hello VJ, I can understand your angst and anxiety. Yes, whenever you change job the new company will definitely demand to know your educational qualifications. Unfortunately, in India engineering graduation is not available by distance education mode. However I would strongly advise you to download the brochure of IGNOU, the most well known open University which has footprints across whole of India. I am sure in the brochure you will find an appropriate course that you can do which will enhance your professional competence as well as help you in changing jobs. Best wishes to you.

Hello Ajit Singh, I feel that with your percentile which is above 92 and also clubbed with your OBC category, you will get the branch of your desire in NIT kurukshetra. However I would advise you to appear for what is going to be perhaps the last round of JEE Mains examination to improve on your percentile and further consolidate your chances of getting admission. Also I would like to advise you to download college predictors available on the internet. This will give you some idea as to what percentile is required to get admission in different colleges for different branches. Best wishes to you.
