Yes, this would definitely add an advantage in career prospects pursuing an MBA degree in construction management after civil engineering. Check the RICS SBE course from the link mentioned here https://www.shiksha.com/college/rics-school-of-built-enviornment-noida-36312/course-mba-in-construction-project-management-167919 and know more about placements thereafter.

That also depends on your category. For example, if you belong to OC you can't get a medium-level college also because of the CSE branch. And if you belong to BC you can get some medium colleges. But if you belong to SC or ST colleges you can get some better colleges and some times even best colleges. Try Shiksha college predictor based on your category. No, as per 2019 last ranks you can't get any seat in JNTUA like CSE, ECE, EEE, CIV, MEC. Based on your branch you may get other JNTUs. But getting CSE or ECE in any JNTU is difficult. Hope my answer is helpful. Please upvote my answer.

As per 2019 Closing ranks, you can't get it. Because 2019 last rank for CSE BC-B boys is 62917 and for girls is 72932. Based on your college, the best colleges are D VENKATA RAMANA AND DR. HIMASEKHAR MIC COLL OF TECH, ANDHRA LOYOLA INSTT OF engineering AND TECHNOLOGY, KRISHNA UNIVERSITY COLLEGE OF engineering AND TECHNOLOGY, and POTTI SRIRAMULU COLLEGE OF engineering AND TECHNOLOGY. Try Shiksha college predictor to know better. The link is https://www.shiksha.com/engineering/ap-eamcet-college-predictor. Hope my answer is helpful. Please upvote my answer.

It's EE in NIT Rourkela not EEE, and it's definitely more advantageous because it has the top tier college factor with it. You can make career in Qualcomm and other semiconductor companies in EE branch of NIT Rourkela too. Many students get placement in it.

Yeah, definitely you can take admission here. You will be able to make international relations in this college. Also, it's one of the top tier college of India so you will definitely be in a good position here. But if you get better branch in your home NIT(if it's good) then you can better opt that.
