M.Tech, M.Des MBA/PGD courses are the best options. Due to the low CPI you are not eligible for doing M.Tech in IITs and NITs because these needs minimum 7 and 6 CPI respectively for admission. However you may starts your preparation for GATE for getting other Engineering colleges in Maharashtra.

As per year 2020 cutoff of Thiagarajar College of Engineering for B.Tech CSE, the last admitted rank was 2715 with aggregate marks of 190 under the asked category, While for IT the last admitted rank this was 4529. So you have few chances in IT. You may tryout the management quota seats if available there.

The TNEA ranks of general category below 500 can be safe for getting PSGCT for CSE, or the TNEA score above 195 can be the good enough for this college in asked engineering branch.
