Sorry!, but there is no chance to even sit in the exams with this much score (the candidates should have obtained a minimum of 75% aggregate marks for general or be in the top 20 percentile of their respective boards. For SC/ST category, a minimum of 65% marks required).

There is no such a website to join any college directly. You can simply check the colleges here at https://shiksha.com of your preferences and choose one of them. You can get the direct link of college's website (if any) when you check the college reviews.

I wonder with scores you will be able to fetch a decent college or university. I would advise you to take up a second chance and look with universities that take up their own entrance exams. You need not to worry at all, JEE is not just the final destination it is just the pathway. You can have a look over other options to get into engineering. You made me recall my days, I too had almost similar situation. I have done my engineering from Lovely Professional University. Have a look over Lovely Professional University. LPU is definitely good for CSE but you need to fulfill the eligibility criteria for the same to get admission in LPU. UPES Scores are not considered by LPU. For admission in LPU you need 60% in class 12th with English, Physics and Maths and LPU NEST. Also, you get direct admission in LPU if you have 90% or above in Class 12th or 90 percentile in JEE Mains. CSE from Lovely Professional University is always preferred among students. Being an Alumni of LPU from same course, I would say go for LPU.
