B.Tech through distance mode is not valid, so never be pursue. If you have passed the 12th than you can register for Section-A of AMIE as Technician member. Otherwise register after completion of Diploma course as Senior Technician Member. So the AMIE is the best for Diploma engineers who wants to upgrade their qualification because AMIE is recognised by MHRD, AICTE and UPSC.

Integrated B.Tech MBA is five years of duration course of Nirma University. You can save one year after joining this course. The admission in Integrated B.Tech MBA are based on ranks obtained in JEE Main. Candidates are required to apply separately to Nirma University for this course. The NIRF ranking of Nirma University is 136 in the engineering and 40 in the management in 2020. The admission for academic year 2020 for Integrated B.Tech MBA has been closed now. You can definitely seek admission to any branch of engineering after completion of your 12th. However almost all states conduct their own entrance exams. At the central level, you need to appear for JEE Mains examination. So merely doing 12th will not help you. You need to appear in entrance exam that is being conducted by your state for seeking admission in engineering college. Best wishes to you.
