Yes, you are eligible. The minimum eligibility criteria for doing PG Management courses is a Bachelor degree with minimum 50% of marks (For General) and 45% for SC/ST.

Yes, you can appear in UPSEE B.Tech Lateral exam after completion of your Diploma course. Admission in B.Tech First year are given to students, who has completed 12th with PCM and obtained the rank in UPSEE.

The chances of getting ECE are moderate, However you can get the following at AU.
1. Chemical Engineering
2. Naval and Architecture and Marine engineering
3. Civil Engineering.

Hello Joy, it's pretty difficult to compare individual branches but MHRD declares rankings of all NIT's. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about the ranking of different NIT's.
