Hello Abubacker, your friend is in Egypt and he wants to study chemical engineering from an Indian university but does not want to come to India. Right? I am afraid, it's just not possible. This is so since studying of an professional course via distance education is banned in India and as a result no university offers any engineering course via distance education mode. There are courses in psychology at the level of graduation and then different specialisation at the level of post graduation. For becoming counsellor, one needs to have studied this. Now, in our student life, we study different subjects at different times. Different emotions form in our mind when we start studying any subject. Hello T KC, it's very nice to hear from you that you have obtained chemical engineering in first year. Normally speaking yes, if you perform well and a vacancy arises in CSE in second year, you can definitely change branch. However I would like to advise you that chemical branch in itself is a very good subject from the perspective of career and placements. So even if you don't get CSE next year, you should not worry much about the same. Best wishes to you.
