If the candidate wants to keep the seat allotted but also wants to participate in the next round of counselling, he can choose the float option. This way, you can choose either seat allotted. So if your seat has not upgraded yet, please wait for upcoming rounds of counselling.

Your question is confusing. The four rounds of JOSSA has already been completed on OCT 30, 2020 and Fifth round will on NOV 03,2020. So if you have not get your desired engineering branch than you have to wait and participate in the upcoming rounds of JOSSA counselling.
