For prediction of college you must give the category rank here. But if you are an EWS candidate then you should confirm your cutoff by respective college's official website, because it some times show the colleges on the EWS criteria but in real that is for general candidate actually.

Sorry!, but there is no chance to even sit in the exams with this much score (the candidates should have obtained a minimum of 75% aggregate marks for general or be in the top 20 percentile of their respective boards. For SC/ST category, a minimum of 65% marks required).

There is no such a website to join any college directly. You can simply check the colleges here at https://shiksha.com of your preferences and choose one of them. You can get the direct link of college's website (if any) when you check the college reviews.
