Your expected JEE Main AIR is between 8063-8911. The last year closing rank in CSE at NIT Trichy was 4075 in general category for female candidate. So keeping the last year of trend in consideration, your chances are moderate. However you can get the following.
1. ECE
2. EEE
3. ICE
4. Mechanical.

Hello Basaveshwar, it's nice to know that you are interested in admission in engineering college in Pune. Normally speaking all colleges admit students based on ranking in MHT CET but against all India quota, students are admitted based on ranking in JEE Mains. To help you I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about the admission process and other related issues. https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/ranking/top-engineering-colleges-in-Pune/44-2-0-174-0
Best wishes to you.

It totally depends on how much can you can afford. The on-campus placement is more or less similar and off-Campus doesn't care about your college and care only about skills. So get into a college where you can develop your skills on your own. About the learning experience, I can say that the CS E. Department in JGEC is very good.
