It's very nice to SEE your resolve to resume your studies once again. Actually rules for readmission change from university to university. Normally speaking the college or the university will seek a reason from you as to why you took a break or why you could not continue. But I am sure you can give a cogent and logical answer. Please approach the administrative staff of the college in which you got admission for the needful. Best wishes to you.
