If your general rank is 1599. Then you must have gotten admission. But if your OBC rank is 1599 then it is very difficult to admit in kalyani.

No, you can not. The basic eligibility criteria for B.Tech Engineering courses is candidates must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics and Physics along with anyone from Chemistry/ Biotech/ Computer Science/ Technical vocation subjects. So Physics and Maths are the compulsory subjects which needs to be passed.
