In JEE there is no weightage for board marks everything depends upon JEE Main percentile. With 82 percentile you mayn't get god NIT's you get only north side NIT's.

To be eligible in JEE you must get minimum 75% marks in your board exams or else in top 20 percentile in your board but if you belongs to sc it less than 75%. .

First there is no category for caste reservations in sastra. Every seat is allocated on basis of rank given by sastra which is calculated by 75% of board mark and 25% of JEE marks. With the given details it is difficult for you to get into CSE in sastra but even tough try in counselling if you are lucky enough you can get it.

The 70% of B.Tech admissions in Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering are based on entrance test (EAMCET) conducted by the Govt. of AP. The candidates will be admitted strictly in accordance with the merit secured at the Entrance Examination keeping in view the rules in force regarding the reservations of seats of various categories of candidates.
While the 5% seats are for NRIs and remaining 25% seats from JEE Main or EAMCET ranks holders. Thereafter, if any seats still remain unfilled such seats may be filled on merit basis with candidates securing not less than 45% (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved categories)

Civil is much better than IEM in RVCE, Bangalore, as IEM course is introduced new under VTU also outside Karnataka, Placements:
