As per the AICTE guidelines, Doing B.E/B.Tech through distance/ correspondence mode from anywhere is not valid for employment and higher education purpose. Hence never be pursue.

RPET and JEE Main entrance exams for admission in B.E/B.Tech courses not for Fashion Photography courses. Hence these entrance exams are not applicable for Certificate in Fashion Photography of Delhi School of Photography. You may directly contact to Delhi School of Photography for admission in desired courses.

Yes, you can take admission in B.Tech Electrical through lateral entry mode. You have not write about the college where you wish to pursue the B.Tech lateral course. However Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology (TIET) is offering the B.Tech lateral admission. The eligibility criteria is given below.
