Dear student, first of all let it be clear that MBA is related to the business and management. So, choosing a right specialisation will make your career valuable. According to me, if you have to pursue MBA then you can go with the Operations specialisation. It is totally related to the industry or factory and your B.E is also related to this.

Well firstly you can't compare between Pharmaceuticals & Technology; one may be backbone for the other but both are completely different fields. You must choose your stream depending on the field you pursue interest in.

For B.Tech as per my knowledge including good living of 4years gonna cost approximately 15lacs INR & for BCA 3years it will be around 9lacs INR.

Generally No. Lateral B.Tech admissions are required the Diploma in relative engineering branches. Hence you can get Mechanical branch in B.Tech course.
