Yes, you can still apply for JKLU. Considering the current situation, there will be lot of delay and no one knows when will the exams will be head. So it is better that you fill online admission form by visiting the university website- www.jklu.edu.in. The admissions have started at JKLU and you should apply ASAP.

Yes, you can still apply for B.Tech at JKLU. There will be lot of delay in announcing the dates for JEE exam and the board exams as well. So, it is better that you apply only for the engineering courses at JKLU. You will have to sit through the entrance exam in order to be selected. So, fill the online admission form by visiting the website- www.jklu.edu.in

The basic qualification for B.Des courses is 10+2 in any streams. The admissions in B. Des courses done through the entrance exams conducted by respective universities/institutes. The UCEED is the most common entrance exam for design courses acceptable in all leading design institutes.

Yes, you can do M.Tech in Biomedical Engineering. The eligibility criteria of IIT Mumbai is given below:
1. Eligibility criteria (Qualifying Disciplines) : B.E. /B.Tech. /AMIE or equivalent in Biomedical Engineering (BM), Biotechnology (BT), Chemical Engineering (CH), Computer Science and Engineering/ Information Technology CS Electrical Engineering (EE), Electronics/Telecommunications Engineering (EC), Engineering Physics (EP), Instrumentation Engineering (IN), Mechanical Engineering (ME), Metallurgy & Materials Science (MT), Pharmaceutical Technology (PY), Other Engineering (ZE).
