At this score, the admission in NITs and GFTIs are difficult. However, your home state quota is important. So, please participate in JEE Main counselling. Further you have another chance of improvement of your JEE Main score in April 2020. Private engineering entrance exams like VITEEE MAHE, LPU NEST and SRMJEEE are the another options if interested.

You have not writen about the state where you wants to do the B.Tech lateral course. However you can get the B.Tech lateral admission. The DTU, PTU, IPU etc. Offers the B.Tech lateral admissions. While in Maharashtra many of colleges offering the B.Tech lateral admissions through DTE Maharashtra.

B.Tech CSE is the best for the candidates having the Mathematical background. The CSE streams comprises the Mathematics, Statistics, Probability, differential equations and vector calculus, Discrete Mathematics etc. But, keeping your JEE Main percentile in consideration Mechanical and Civil are the other engineering branches for students having a mathematical background.
