With a 1,27,245 rank in OBC-NCL, getting CSE in any NIT or IIIT is very difficult. CSE seats usually close much earlier. You might get other branches in newer NITs or IIITs. Keep an eye on spot rounds or consider private colleges if you're focused on CSE.

Yes, even if you qualify AEEE, you still have to pay the admission fee to confirm your seat at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. Qualifying the exam doesn't guarantee admission until you complete the counselling process and pay the seat acceptance fee. Without payment, your seat won't be reserved.

However you may able to get some low cutoff NITs like NIT Patna NIT Durgapur NIT Mizoram NIT Sikkim NIT Raipur and Government Funded Technology Institutes GFTIs like Assam University, Pudducherry Technological University and more in branches like Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering and Electrical engineering.

It's not possible to get a government college with JEE Mains rank of 950074. The government Engineering colleges generally have very high and competitive cutoffs. You can apply to private colleges who accepts JEE Mains score and have much lower cutoffs, also you can look out for colleges who offers direct admission based on marks scored in 12th.

Yes, you can get admission in BTech Computer Science if you have chosen Computer Science as your domain subject, but most colleges also require Maths as a compulsory subject in 12th. If you didn't take Maths, your chances may be low. Always check the college's eligibility rules.
