Obtaining admission to Jaya Sakthi Engineering College (JSEC) is not that difficult.

If you obtain average or above-average marks in your 12th board exams with Physics, Chemistry, and Math, you stand a good chance.

Admission is done on the basis of TNEA counseling, and cutoffs are not that high when compared to top engineering colleges. Competition is moderate.

The Division of Engineering and Applied Sciences (Caltech) acceptance rate stands at 2.3 % (UG Class of 2028), which means out of every 100 applicants, only 2 to 3 candidates were rolled out an offer letter, which makes it an ambitious school to get into. However, by following the admission requirements, it gets easier for an applicant to bag an offer from this university, and those are mentioned below:

·         A High School Diploma from a valid academic institution (Representing at least 12 years of Education)

·         Official Transcripts of

JSEC's hostel mess is well-fitted and usually complimented:

Clean modern kitchen, hygienic well-cooked food by professional cooks, and healthy menu for both hostels.

Student feedback calls it "clean," "tasty," and well kept, with a nice ambience.

Overall, the quality is rated as good and trustworthy.

Yes, there is a placement cell in Jaya Sakthi Engineering College:

The placement cell starts company interactions and training from the pre-final semester and goes up to the final one.

They conduct on-campus interviews and supports off-campus drives if necessary.

It provides soft-skills, aptitude, and interview preparation classes.

Caltech Division of Engineering and Applied Science does not have a rounds system and it only has one intake which is Fall for both UG and PG. The UG applicants can apply via the Restrictive Early Action which is non-binding and an early deadline. There is a Regular decision deadline too for UG students which is the standard application route.

On the contrary, for the Caltech PG Engineering courses, international students must apply to their specific admission deadline which generally have the same intake with one firm deadline.
