No, it's not possible to get a seat at NIT in admission process 2025 with this JEE Mains score because your score 61 would be around 70-80 percentile which is very low as compared to the cutoff percentile of NITs even it is very difficult to get a lower ranked NITs like NIT Patna, Bhagalpur if you belong to Unreserved category there may be chance if you belong to SC ST category to get low ranked NITs.

GATE 2026 is divided into eight zones, each managed by an IIT or IISc. Each zone contains a list of cities where exam centres are located. You must choose your cities from a single zone only.
The list of the eight GATE 2026 zones is as follows -
- Zone 1 - IISc Bengaluru

Yes, candidates can change their GATE exam centre at the time of editing the GATE application form (during the correction facility). Candidates can access the GATE 2026 application form correction window at the GOAPS portal and submit it by paying the requisite amount.

Yes, A 92 percent is a good score.Your chances of getting an admission depends on the programme you are aiming to join.To get admission in to high competitive branches like Computer Science engineering and Information technology, there mught not be much chance.Try applying for less competitive branches like Mechanical engineering, Civil engineering and Electrical engineering.

A TANCET MCA percentage score of 50.572 is generally considered average and may not be sufficient for admission to top level colleges. Although this may be acceptable for some institutions, it is unlikely to secure a seat in highly competitive people such as Anna University or PSG College of Technology.

Hello Guest N, Aah! The fees for MTech. These days the fees even in government institutions like IIT or NIT very from about one and half Lacs to 3 lacs for this 2 year course. Some of the private institutes also charge similar or little more fees. Government institutes normally speaking fees for the SC ST category students is either waived of fully or it is very minimal. However in private unaided institute or student has to pay full fees. However many states reimburse these fees to the SC or ST students. There is no simple and straight forward answer for this query. Many engineering colleges offer B.Tech programs with relatively low fees and decent placements, some provide direct admission based on the score of class 12th. Consider institutions such as some government engineering colleges (GECs) and some private universities in Gujarat, which can consider the 12th standard performance with the entrance examination score. Examples include some colleges affiliated to Anna University and others such as Amity University or JP Institute of Information Technology.
