To pursue B.E./B.Tech in LTCE you need to apply via two main ways primarily. The principal path is through *MHT CET or JEE Main marks through the Maharashtra CAP rounds*: take the test, go to CAP and fill LTCE as an option, then segue in when offered. Alternatively, you may use the Management Quota, making an attempt to contact LTCE directly, and as a rule, you will need certain 10+2 marks and a score in an entrance examination. Current details and deadlines should be checked regularly by official LTCE and CET Cell websites.

The cut off to JEE main course of Lokmanya Tilak College of Engineering (LTCE) changes according to branch. In the Computer Engineering domain and the specialized, AI/ML, Data Science, IoT, closing ranks fell under the *1.8 Lacs to 3.5 Lacs bracket* in the category General All India in 2024. The ranks of closing of the core branches such as Electronics & Telecommunication, Electrical, and Mechanical were higher, and this shows a comparatively low cutoff. Such cutoffs are adjusted each year.

Pursuing B.E./B.Tech in this institute has a good academic worth to it as it has well-equipped laboratories, big classrooms, and a good library. Faculties possess post graduate or above qualification (M.Tech/ Ph.D.) and approach students through lectures, projects and exposure to the real world. The curriculum attempts to provide a foundation in the major areas of engineering excellence, inculcate innovation by creating research domains (AIML, VLSI, renewable energy) and equip the students to face challenges in the industry.

To be able to take the B.E./B.Tech, there must be completion of 10+2, with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Selection is done by Andhra Pradesh EAPCET counseling process which is undertaken by JNTU Kakinada and students are admitted to seats on the basis of their ranks. No institute level entrance test. The institute is approved and affiliated to AICTE which guarantees uniformity of assessment of the applicants because it is checked at state level.
