No you won't get seat in any branch in Svu. Because your rank is not enough to get admission in SVU. All the best.

You will get many good colleges with your rank and some government universities. So carefully choose your options as per your interest and proceed in the counselling. Because you will get full tuition fee waiver as your rank is below 10000. So don't worry about the fee of the private colleges. All the best.

No you won't get seat in AU in any branch.As the seats are almost filled by the top rankers you may not get seat in the AU.But you will get seat in many good private colleges in cse branch.So it is better to choose them rather than government college.All the best.
