Hello Mohan journalism is a vast field that requires your command at every topic. If you are opting for this course it doesn't mean you should be good at English. However, it needs proficiency in at least one language. If you prefer to speak Hindi and you want to work with Hindi newspaper or channel then try to polish your Hindi. Work on your vocabulary and command over this language. If one is not good at English that's not a big issue. But one must not be so new to this language, at least you should know a little of this language because many times journalists receive newsletter or invitations from business groups so, at that point, command over English will help you. The institute providing Ph.D. English in Delhi NCR is The NorthCap University. Minimum Eligibility Criteria:
A candidate seeking admission to the Ph.D. Programme under School of Engineering and Technology (SOET) of NCU must have obtained:
1- M.A. (English) degree with min. 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent
2- M.Sc. / M.A. (Maths) degree with min. 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent, with NET/GATE/JRF qualified or M.Sc. / M.A. (Maths) with min. 67.5% marks in aggregate or equivalent. Selection of the Research Fellows shall be done from amongst scholars who have qualified for admission, by the Fellowships Selection Committee. In case of candidates from partnering institutions/industries, applications may be considered by the VC/BDR throughout the year, subject to the scrutiny for eligibility upon request by partnering institute. OCLD offers a two-year post graduate management programme in Guest Service Management, Housekeeping Management and Kitchen Management. The recruitment process for the OCLD post graduate Management Programmes is scheduled between September to December each year. Recruitment is done through campus visits to Hotel Management colleges, other graduate colleges and Open Access Days at our hotels. College students can contact their placement office for information of when The Oberoi Group is visiting their campus. Students of colleges not being visited by The Oberoi Group and other Applicants can apply on an Open Access Day.
Eligibility : If you are between 19 and 25 years of age and have successfully completed, or are completing a university or college degree in any subject including Hotel Management. Therefore, you are eligible here. Please be in touch with your college when The Oberoi Group is visiting in campus.
