Hello Sakshi, Studying abroad is a very dynamic process. Some institutions do have medium of instructions in English in non English speaking countries. But admissions are not exclusively on the basis of marks obtained in QE. There are many nuances. For successful admission these nuances need to be taken care of. For getting admission in English Honours course in Hans Raj College, you need to have English as one of the subjects in 12th and your board score should also be very good.
