After a lot of research, I found that Lucideus Tech certification of LCEH is the best Hacking course in India. If you really want to be a hacker, You should get trained by professionals, not by some trainers who really don't have any idea about whats going on in current trends. You can google about best hackers in India. What I suggest you go for Lucideus in Delhi. India's best hacker Rahul Tyagi is there. And you would be amazed to know that Lucideus is a CERT-In organisation. CERT-In means Computer Emergency Response Team of India. I think the full name is enough for you to understand the level of Lucideus.

Both are important, go for CEH first.
Starting from the point of view, Hacking doesn't require eligibility of academics. Hacking is just a skill which requires, coding knowledge, network knowledge, server-side scripting knowledge, computer hardware knowledge and testing knowledge. Coming to the part, if you saw the articles, the children are around 5 - 11 years of age are hacking networks, finding zero-day flaws in software, etc. So this shows hacking doesn't require any academic courses. No need to worry. Cybersecurity has a good scope as cyber crimes are increasing day by day and due to this, the demand for cybersecurity professionals is also increasing. A large number of people are unaware of this field which results in low competition and good opportunities. Cybercrime has become a big deal as around 31K incidents have been reported between 2015 and 2017.
