If you passed the improvement exams for Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English and meet the required aggregate marks (50% for general, 40% for reserved categories), you should be eligible to appear for the NEET UG exam. Admission to MBBS courses in India is based on NEET scores, so as long as you qualify in NEET and meet the subject requirements, you are eligible for MBBS admission. Check the specific eligibility criteria of the colleges you're applying to, as some may have additional requirements.

As you have passed the unsuccessful subjects in 2024, you are generally permitted to appear for improvement tests in 2025 only if you want to advance your overall marks or obtain a better grade in your particular subjects. The particular conditions may vary slightly; you may check with your board or school for its own specific rules.
