For Executive MBA, there are multiple good options available. You can go for full time 1 year MBA or Evening Batch MBA with work for 2-3 years or correspondence. Hello,
There is not any campus recruitment drive for Executive MBA. It will surely help in your career as after few years people generally get stuck at a single position. The chances of growth reduces. MBA provides you a platform to learn and practice various management concepts and practices in various fields like Finance, marketing, Operations, consulting, etc. This knowlede gained helps you to climb up the corporate ladder and take more responsibilities of the organisation. Apart from this, it also helps to connect with extremely talented and respectable people from different corporates and also learn from them.

To get an admission to IIM, you will need to write CAT. Applications usually open in Jul-Aug and exams are held in November. Once the results are out, all the IIMs release the shortlist for interview and GD/WAT. If you do really well in that as well you are offered an admission. And before you ask, yes there are some points for work experience.
