Hi Debasish,
College do have reservations for all categories. You will also find reservation for OBC in both IIM's/IIT. But I would suggest you to contact the officials directly as they will be able to guide you with the updated information.

It is up to you . If you have the will power to absorb each and every word which they teach you in the part-time classes, then executive MBA is better. Otherwise, take a tough decision to leave the job and do a full time MBA, and then start all over again for rapid advancement.Otherswise, take a study leave of two years and do MBA full time.

Hi Rishi,
The executive MBA course has better brand value as compared to full-time MBA courses. But i doubt that their will be some colleges offering executive MBA with 2 years of work experience.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognised universityAround 3-5 years of post-qualification managerial/professional work experience. The work experience criteria may differ from institute to institute.Other than this, depending on the institute's requirements, you would have to clear the entrance exam, group discussion and personal interview rounds.Institutes like the IIMs require a valid GMAT score (taken within last 36 months of Application date).
