Hi Praveen, As long as you are pursuing your B.Com you should continue to work as Junior Sales Executive. After completion, you should opt for MBA. If you don't have any financial problem, then my advice would be that you should go for regular MBA rather than a distance one. Regular classroom programme is preferred over distance programme in the industry. Also ICICI and other major banks have their own MBA programme in banking and financial management. After completing your B.Com you would be eligible for that. If qualified, you can do the MBA and would be absorbed within the organisation.
