Students who are shortlisted for scholarship at Faculty of Law, MIT WPU must fulfil the specified criteria to continue the same. To continue the scholarship for the entire duration of the course, a minimum level of the academic score 8 CGPA needs to be maintained across all semesters. Additionally, attendance is to be maintained at a minimum of 80% and there should be no disciplinary action against the student.

However, it is not mandatory for the aspirants to have a CLAT score. They can also apply with a score in LSAT India, MH CET Law or MIT WPU CET. For all other courses, CLAT is not required for admission.
