You can do B.Sc in Film Making and TV Production or B. Design in Film and TV Production and eligibility is that you should have passed 10+2 (with English) or equivalent with a minimum of 50%-60% aggregate marks, subject to valid score in the test for doing UG course. I am enlisting best film schools. You can choose a college based on its location, fee structure, college type, accreditation, etc.

No formal educational qualification required to enter into this profession. All one needs is the training in the computer systems and programs used in digital video/film editing and an interest in editing visual media. In general, Digital video editors often have a Bachelor's or a master's degree in animation or media arts.

Yes, it is Possible. After Completion of your Graduation, you must head to do a course (Diploma, or Certification) in Graphics and Animation. I am sure that you already know video editing and has this aim of becoming Editor and Animation works as a serious thing. Keep doing works on Video Editing with someone who is a professional do not aim to be a video editor or animator just after Graduation. It will take a long time.
