Both are good in their own sense. It's quite difficult to answer because every company gives different package in different institutions. It's not about college it's about your exposure. If you do well you would get a good package definitely. Don't just go by good or bad criteria.

Current scenario is not that good but in coming years finance sector is going to rule the economy. Scope of MBA, CMA, CIMA and other financial certifications are on the top.

I suggest go for IBS, Hyderabad as it is the best campus.

Yes for finance and HR placements are good. This year around 140 companies have shown a positive response to the placement but marketing people have an edge for more salary package as compare to finance and HR.
Yes, college does provide specialization in both the courses.
