Both are equally rewarding and unique in their own ways. It all depends upon your interests and career aspirations. If you're from a Commerce background, then Finance is more suited for you.

It depends on the location you choose. As such there's no difference in placement or fee structure in Pune. Indira is most preferred after Mumbai and MET/Chetana/IES after all the colleges in Mumbai.
