You must choose your MBA specialization based on your personality traits and interests. As a science student, if you are good at numbers then finance can be a good MBA specialization for you. If you are extrovert with good communication and leadership skills, marketing can be a good option.

Finance placement is appreciated by all. Approximately 90% of the student gets placed with average salary of Rs 5 lakh per annum.
Talking about the present 2nd year batch the placement had already started and is going very well.

For department of finance average salary was Rs 5 lakh per annum. Total no. of seats is 60. Cut off for CMAT is 80% and CAT is 55% for general candidates.

The placements are average here as 60% students were placed, and Rs 2.4-6.4 lakhs per annum was the lowest to highest salaries offered. The marketing students were placed more when compared with the other batches. HR stream was given the lowest placement as only 2 companies came. Mahindra, Bajaj, Amazon, Decathlon, E&Y are the companies visiting the campus, from which Jaro Education gave the highest salary of Rs 6, 60,000 annually. The placement rounds consist of GDs and personal interviews.

Hi,
After CA, there isn't any sense in pursuing MBA as it won't add any additional value to your current qualification but if you make it to CFA then life will be something else. CFA is values worldwide. Average salary after CFA is more than 30 lakhs a year which isn't easy in case of MBA.
