CS deals with company and various other laws along with compliance. Whereas, MBA in finance is dealing with various fields like accounting, financial markets, insurance and banking. Hence, MBA has wider scope.

Hi,
The package offered by many companies for freshers in general would be around Rs 4 lakhs per annum. It is the same case with HR and finance.

PGDM in finance meets the demand by choosing skills which are required in finance field. A student gets prepared to pursue career in banking, financial consulting, wealth management, etc. A specialization in financial markets will help students understand the role of financial markets, their operations and risk management instruments. You get to learn the role and functions of equities, forex, derivatives, commodity markets. Personally I suggest, PGDM in finance would be a better option as placements would be good in the future as compared to FM and the salary package would be more than FM.

Yes. MITSOB is good brand, although you may go for BIMM Pune, Flame Pune, Symbiosis Pune which are very well designed for placements assistance and infrastructure.

If someone needs a job more than anything then SBI PO is the best option. You will get a good package, reputation and your job will be safe. But, PGDM in finance is different. You have to spend some money to study and then only you can hope that you will get a good placement (if it's a top college you will definitely get good offer) and if you want to go to the top level, work hard and show them the results. You can't just go to the top without working hard.

If you really want a good campus with better placement you must see top colleges with fee structure of 6-8 LPA like Balaji, BIMT Gurgaon, Jaipuria, etc. as you are investing your money and scope of outcome is always there.
