In addition to the persistent academic rigour with focus on quality projects, internships and acquiring updated knowledge, every student is made to go through a series of soft skill enhancement training programs during their course for nearly 100 hours. This holistic approach moulds an industry-ready professional who can take up the challenges of the modern world.

The fact that our students are placed in MNCs like IBM, TCS, Infosys, Accenture, SAP, Wipro, CTS, IBS, UST Global, Government and Public Sector companies like BARC, ONGC, Powergrid, Delhi Metro and commercial banks like Federal Bank, South Indian Bank, Core Engineering companies like MRF, Apollo Tyres, Sobha, Procsys, Kalkitech etc. speaks volumes about the professional excellence of students.

The performance of the class of 2023 in campus recruitment has been exceptionally good. They have set a new record for the number of people with high packages and the average package of a batch. There are 106 students with a package of 7LPA or more. The number of offers stands at 689 in 46 companies as on date. The highest package was 17LPA and average package a respectable 5.18LPA. The major recruiters were TCS, CTS, IBM, IBS, Heaware, Orion, People10, SOTI, Qburst, Experion. Core Companies including Cadence, Schneider, Kalkitech, Procsys, Ignitarium also recruited students. Companies from the banking and financial services like Federal bank, ICICI, ESAF, HDFC, YES bank were also among the top recruiters. Other companies which recruited students were Code young, 6D technologies, Travancore Analytics, Acsia, White Rabbit, Interland, Aditya birla, Jobin and Jismi, Veritas Prime labs, RDC Concrete, Sutherland etc.

FISAT has always aimed for and is committed to achieving excellence. The same may be stated for the hostel facilities at the university. FISAT provides housing for 1200 students on campus that is both affordable and of excellent quality. The infrastructure is modern, and the setting is conducive to learning and recreational activities.

As a result of the rigorous design and excellent implementation, students will have more personal space. The ambiance is calm, serene, and secure, having a homey feel about it. There are two blocks in both the boys and girls hostels.

Being close to the city benefits students since it allows them more flexibility and freedom to meet their needs. Because we believe in the phrase "Healthy minds reside in healthy bodies, " students are encouraged to use the fitness centre and sports facilities given in the College and hostel blocks. The male hostel has a capacity of 600 people, while the female hostel has a capacity of 600 people. A cutting-edge fitness centre is open to both boys and girls.

Modern amenities are available in the kitchens and mess halls. The hostel has a strict hygiene policy and disposes of garbage using biogas and waste water treatment technology. A trained psychologist is also on hand on campus to ensure the well being of the hostel residents' well-being. Students can grow and learn in a pleasant and stress-free environment thanks to alert wardens and robust security systems.
