You cannot become a dietitian after doing a certificate in a Food and Nutrition course.
In India, becoming a registered dietitian requires completion of a recognised Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or a related field, along with specific practical training and passing a qualifying exam conducted by the Indian Dietetic Association (IDA) or other relevant authorities.

Other than MSc in Food and Nutrition, candidates can also pursue similar specializations under Home Science subject. These courses include MSc Nutrition and Dietetics, MSc Clinical Nutrition, PG Diploma in Dietetics, PG Diploma in Dietetics and Public Health, PGDM in Dietetics and Applied Nutrition, etc.
