Hi Kishan,
If you can specify the particular country, I would be able to assist you better. Admission requirements, program availability differs country wise. You should ideally look for graduate diploma or MS courses in:
1. Food Technology.
2. Food Science.
3. Food Science and Human Nutrition.
4. Food Manufacturing and Technology and so on.
Australia also have higher number of options in this field compared to other countries. Decide where you want to study.

Usually migration is permitted on a case to case basis within the university itself in the second year. However, migration across institutes after the second year will not be permitted. However, do check with your current college on the guidelines.

B.Tech in food technology is a bachelor's course of 4 years. These 4 year program is divided into four parts comprising of one year each and again it is divided into a duration of six months of each semester. At the end of each semester an exam is conducted.
