B.A. Regular is a degree which you get attending the classes regularly and fulfilling all qualifying exams in the college to write the finals in the college. B.A. Private is a course where you will just attend the college for writing your exams and you will have to prepare for your exams with your own efforts. Private degree is mostly convenient for working professionals. For students it is always regular B.A. That will help them in the future.

With your long work experience, it would be advisable that you go for distance/correspondence BA course. With correspondence course, you can also continue your job and keep increasing your work experience.
