Dear
With your LLB regular degree from a recognised university you can apply but your 12th certificate than you need to check with UGC. And check with Bar Council too for the same.

Yes, it is quite possible currently as per the system, you can surely pursue both the courses at the same time in the manner stated.

You have to decide which line u want to excel and llb is full time course where u can work with the lawyer if u want to have pratical knowledge and earn money

Hi,
A Candidate passing the Bachelor's Degree Examination of any recognized university, in any faculty with minimum 45% marks at the first attempt or a corresponding degree examination of any other university recognized as equivalent thereto by the respective university with the minimum prescribed marks at the first attempt is eligible for admission to the First Year L.L.B.
You'll also sit for CLAT (Common Law Admission Test). Eligibility-
