Yes, you can take admission for BCA on the basis of your 12th grade. JEE Mains exam is not required for BCA.
There are many universities that offer BCA like Amity University, JIMS University and many more.

Yes, you can do the Diploma of Electrical Engineering after completing 12th with 55% but you should contact the institute also whether they accept your 55% for the Diploma of Electrical Engineering or not. You can visit on this link to get eligibility details of the program.

For doing architecture you need complete your 12th in science and give an entrance exam.

The eligibility to get admission for B.Tech (Lateral Entry) is Diploma in Engineering / Technology of duration of 3 years or more from Haryana State Board of Technical Education or its equivalent / B.Sc degree from recognized University as defined by UGC and a pass at class 12th with mathematics, as a subject. The fee for BCA is Rs. 39,800/- per year. We take fee in 2 installments i.e semester wise.
